Those who satisfy the above qualifications shall send their applications along with photocopies of the Educational and Professional Certificates addressed to Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic Building, Colombo 01, to reach on or before 21.09.2018. Candidates who already hold appointments in the public service shall forward their applications through the respective heads of the institutions. The name of the post should be mentioned on the top left hand corner of envelop.
